True to Philips and Amazon, I ordered this DVD player for image quality and the many playable formats. I have not been disappointed on this point, the image is impeccable.

Unfortunately the player is very slow to start and react to certain commands (Open / Close for example).

It reads very well all DivX and other formats, and it lacks a USB socket to be very comprehensive.
