Beautiful part 3

As a birthday gift for the five year-old child just the right size and can now never missing. We wanted to save money and have crafted something gifted, bought us this kit. The groove of the cover and base was too narrow to sew together the side panels easily. Well, glue up and pressed together with large clamps. I do not think that you can get the parts together differently. Amazingly, the parts were then at right angles. Glued back wall and used snare.

Here's what I did not understand:
- Why the front panel must be screwed
- The template for the screws are not in the scale of 1: 1 is available
- Only the center must be determined in order then to draw from there the screw holes
- The wood screws 3 mm in diameter and have also the drill 3 mm

Visually looks fine, the parts are virtually flat against each other, there are no joints and also the abundant supernatants of 3 mm are smoothed. When play rattles in a corner the wood. so completely flat can be that then did not build.
