Barbara Kingsolver, I already knew the tree bean, read a long time ago, which I kept an excellent memory. So I dive with delight into this summer lavishes on the blue blanket, and I came away enchanted and somewhat stunned, like after a long grueling but exotic.
How, indeed, do not succumb to the charms of these women with strong character, strong and attentive to their femininity? A summer time, the reader follows their destiny, their meetings, their questions and learns to understand their beliefs. The author knows pleasantly spare us multiple intrigues, riddles to be decoded characters to explore to keep us in suspense despite lengths. I am attached to each character of this multiple story and despite my usual reservations about the "good feelings" in literature, I found myself immersed in complex without them, this time happy to let me take the game.
A novel abounding, summery, in which the senses awake and gives pride to a preserved and respected nature.
