This shoe is visually really nice, but unfortunately prohibitive. My wife has size 38, in a few cases 37. As the shoe was ordered usually too large in size 37, we ordered 36 (my wife had never 36 !!!!!) While the size fit this time, but unfortunately found the foot no support in the heel and therefore this boot was intolerable. Unfortunately we had to return the thing, I would not order this shoe.
