My concern is similar to Catherine Barth describes in her review. Unfortunately, the baking tray does not fit in my Costructa oven because it's really just a millimeter too small. The complaint I have saved me. I put the plate just on the grate.
Otherwise, the sheet is great, have baked cookies for many it. Only grease quickly without baking paper. Does not stick to it and can also be great clean.
