Seriously: I am relatively sure that the competitors simply being too large at the time was (GTA 5, AC4, Ghost 2, BF4) and the sales would probably not understood by their wishes. I can understand that, in turn, because although the game offers a completely new idea, but a too lean implementation - In detail now more:
The Chart:
By itself, the graphic for a PlayStation 4 and my views after too lean, but there are some damned vivid corners where but a little "wow" coming out of me. I particularly liked the mostly sun and shadow plays. If you go into the sun, you could actually see very little and the shade was mostly really animates what some may feed on resources. Also, I found some items on the floor pretty well done, as well as the effects of explosions.
For this reason, it is likely, however, have been difficulties in the graphical display of cars, people and water. If you drive by car, for example, against the guardrail, appears in the first shocks neither scratches, dents, or broken glass and that's just illogical but is probably due to the fact that the power of the upper mentioned representations are required. The characters, however, have too muddy hair and are not as detailed as it could have been / need.
Conclusion Overall: Graphically, it is indeed not full splendor, yet this game offers vivid moments and it is quite noticeable that Ubisoft still something missing, despite the AC series, to experience open-world games of this type.
The Story: (no spoilers)
The idea itself is good. A hacker who should ensure through his special skills in Chicago for agitation making the rounds, but with a too often chewed "Avengers" drama. Not only does the story "out of date" has been, it is after the first 2 - 3 missions so rather monotonous and makes hardly a dull moment. The method how to hack something that changes as good as in any mission - You drive almost just a little back and forth, shooting and hacking around a bit and then get some cutscenes - Done.
The side missions do not offer variety and is already after 3 games boring.
Basically this game because of its idea, something with chopping se a lot of potential, but was simply not used. The fun factor keeps me in this sense is very limited - There must be worked off.
The game mechanics:
I find the control to be perfectly fine and I do not understand why have so many problems with driving. I for one did not need 45 minutes to the police to get rid of. But you could, like driving in other open-world games, in alleyways or even hide in the car and it worked quite well, unless the car is punctured or dented. If one wants to get rid of them more quickly, you can improve your skills and turn lights, can extend bollard, causing burst pipes or chop shut down the helicopter and already there were fewer followers.
PS: I made this game not aware with GTA 5 or Sleeping Dogs compared, because I think it deserves its chance every game and also one should be "an independent topic / Game". The GTA series is now something different than Sleeping Dogs and Watch Dogs - It is more about other issues and that is totally okay.
GTA is to be based on the experience from the developers of course a milestone, but I think and hope that some reviews are adopted and implemented, then likely a follower of watchdogs certainly provide more fun. Finally, I find, for example, GTA Vice City stupid, because it is nothing more than GTA 3 with another name ...
See why this game as a "stand-alone video game" and give them a chance alerdings at a reduced price in a few months, because I like the 60, - Euro consider for too much.
