Bed broken after a short time, poor customer service

When we bought the bed 2 years ago, we were just very pleased. It was set up quickly and looks beautiful ... We bought it for overnights at grandma and grandpa, and built it there 1x and then allowed to stand ... Unfortunately, after about 15 months, the head side is always collapsed when our son was in there (until then he had maybe 10 nights in sleeping) ... Of course, we wanted to complain about the bed, which unfortunately did not work after months of back and forth writing ... I have rarely experienced such a bad and unkulanten customer service of the Quality of the bed not to mention: 10 nights should a travel cot already survive ...
Unfortunately, I must therefore unfortunately clearly advise against a purchase!
