We were weeks in search of a modern, robust, white, large but still low upholstered bed with no mattress and slatted frame in numerous furniture stores - unfortunately in vain, the claims were, admittedly, quite utopian. Upholstered beds are currently only available with mattresses. It is stable, great processed and have an immense price / performance ratio. On top of that Amazon enjoys a reputable reputation and on the return right good, even obliging, briefs were to be found.
After much consideration and noting that in a bad buy could not go wrong, we sent off the order.
The delivery took place within three days, as is typical of Amazon, despite the size of the package. A forwarder volunteered one day after the order to arrange a delivery date, he could see the day after tomorrow: perfectly!
We unpacked the bed and were impressed by the quality. The bed looks great and is doing very well in a larger space. Standard sizes are adhered to. So our mattress fits, as it should be, like a glove. This applies of course to just for the bed slats. Seams are absolutely flawless, clamps for fastening are made of metal and so very robust, pilot holes are accurate, remaining enclosed mounting materials exemplary. The installation went quick and easy.
The product description was quite poor. So we stopped at the pictures and the reviews of Vorkäufer without knowing how the bed in the middle is stabilized and fixed. One can speak in this case of luck: center bar is made of metal and has, also made of metal, two feet, which are welded at four points to a clip.
The "only" four small welds made our concerns and yet there was in fact a small complaint: we had after the first night notice that the feet of the clamps are canceled. So here is to make sure that your feet are not too far scaled down.
We contacted the suppliers, on time. Within three days the parts were there. Everything went smoothly.
E-mail contact the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
In a review was to read that the bed would stink and it was necessary "airing" for several days. I can not confirm with the best intentions. It smells new, but not really above average or even disturbing.
Our conclusion:
This bed and the supplier can only be recommended. The price / performance ratio is hard to outdo. Our high standards has been fully adapted to this bed.
