In summary, the largest in three points:
1- With support in the front, the keyboard has a "negative" tilt, ie it is slightly higher at the front than the rear => The wrists are not bent, hands are up, but naturally based (hence the word "Natural") on the keyboard.
2- Then the keys are clearly separated into 2 groups, and aligned along the axis of the forearms => so the hands are in the axis of the forearm, again with that position there is no stress on the wrists.
3- Finally the support is integrated wrist rest and allows hands.
Warning! The only problem is that it is "ULTRA" sensitive liquids, or even a few drops of water between the keys can make some useless keys. Looks like Microsoft have introduced no security on this point. Just search on google to find that this is a general problem with this keyboard. If you spill liquid on it, even a drop, turn it on and let it dry.
At this price it has no competition, but care with the liquid!
