Before I had this running shoe, I did not like running on concrete / road, because then my knees started to ache quickly. But that's past with these shoes. And they let their feet enough space to move and still have a secure fit in the shoes. The suspension is great, just the first two times running were getting used to. Until now, even after 16 km runs, not a single bubble on the feet. So invest the money it is worth.
