I run for 20 years ASICS. But this shoe is well damped particularly for asphalt and gravel roads, but also differs not from the side. Be careful when ordering the size. I wear 42 but the running shoe from Asics to buy EU 44 / US 10 ... offer NOTE Asics are four sizes. Recommendation, try before in a running shop. I also know Adidas, Nike, Saucony, but among other things the absolute buy recommendation applies to ASICS. He holds the longest (2000 km), is optimally damped (not too much!) And fits perfectly. It dissolve any items at an early stage, but when he has reached his "age", then all parts dissolve evenly on :-) ... so it's been 20 years.
