My Apple Wireless Keyboard is defective recently and I was looking for alternatives. Logitech announced this keyboard end of 2012, making it at the present time hardly gave reviews about answer an important question: Does the unit also to non-Apple gear, even though it is advertised as Mac & iOS keyboard? The keyboard layout corresponds to the 1to1 Apple version and the buttons have approximately the same dimensions, though a little bit more compact. The concave key shape makes typing very comfortable, you come purely immediately! The pressure point is similar to the Apple Keyboard, possibly but a bit softer. But that knows how to please. Large + are the function keys that work after a short driver installation.
The built-in battery lasts up to now a very long time, although I still can to give any details. Downer could in the long term, the absence of its screws, the battery should be down after a few years be.

Features:
The backlit keyboard is decent and DIMM bar. That's a big advantage over the Apple version. Similarly, the possibility that device to load via USB! This saves AA battery replacement. So you have a mobile and a wired keyboard at the same time. The keyboard is automatically in a stand-by mode to save power, and turns itself back on when you hold your hand over it, very good idea! Alternatively, there is a manual switch when you're traveling times.
The main reason for the purchase is likely to be the "Easy Switch", ie the possibility of "pairing" the keyboard with 3 different devices to via function keys. This works extremely well. Bluetooth is here a great advantage: it must be used no 2.4GHZ receiver which is often subject to interference and now have all the equipment Bluetooth: smartphones, tablets, consoles, computers. The Easy-Switch works just fine with all devices! Android tablet, no problem, Playstation 3 also works, Windows works well (even if Windows 7 with the structure of the Bluetooth connection is a bit slower). Verdict:
Logitech has promised an Apple Keyboard (and praises it as such in marketing to), but provides a true interconnectivity-monster. You get paid as you more functionality. Why the Logitech does not make clear on its own website, I can not understand, because this is a good argument for the very high price. This is the most expensive keyboard that I have ever bought. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the entire package: interconnectivity, mobility (thin, light, detachable cable), backlight and Bluetooth are super functions. The feel is also excellent. This justifies the high price in my opinion. If Logitech at the next version of this keyboard nor the solar function of the other keyboards installs and makes the housing completely made of aluminum, which is the perfect keyboard.
