The only cons that should be mentioned, depending on head size, would be the pressure of the ear pad around the ear. Since I previously had a Sennheiser on-ear headset was this feeling of pressure in the beginning a little uncomfortable, now I got used to it and so far I had to settle each headset. I think the pressure decreases over time!
