Have the shoe (MT 610 V3) now worn about 5 x for jogging + Trail Running (always in bad weather). Top heel grip (narrow heel) - super seat Non-slip sole (good rubber compound), but again expect poor self-cleaning effect! From the sole of optics, one might think that the mud in the bottom right again resolves on its own - but is not the case (even the beat after the run is difficult - as part of Schaub puller must ran to loosen the dirt!) , Who what fit trail running (in the deep area) looking for: better a shoe with more Negativpofil buy ("tunnel"). Nevertheless, all in all a good + cheap shoe for mixed terrain / changing surfaces - also asphalt. Good all-round jogging shoe - not a pure trail running shoe. Size: falls ne 1/2 size too small from (ie 1/2 larger than usual order).
