The original Ruby and Sapphire games were one of the most successful games of its time. That's why I was skeptical at first whether the remakes would ever come close to this magnificent Games. And then this: you have exceeded my expectations by a mile! The basic story has remained fundamentally the same, which is also very positive, and to individual elements, for example, have been added, the story of the Mega stones. This put the pieces perfectly into the overall picture. The absolute highlight was the Delta-episode after Pokémonliga, an exciting and very well staged story and Deoxys Rayquaza for me. Another highlight is the function of the high-flyer, with which you can fly on the back of Latios about the area and can land in various places. One has to Latios not even have in the team and you have thus finally no Pokémon with the VM flies have more on the team, because you Latios with an item called eons flute anytime can call. Also you can finally land on the routes even in the middle. The secret bases are also re-integrated and enable optimal training ground. The only complaint is the lack of the combat zone, but for at least the battle house X / Y was contained. The Steelbook is also a nice bonus, especially since I'm not a big fan of the other, rather carelessly designed Covers by Nintendo. All in all, a brilliant, already almost perfect remake that even the original to shame.
