Since I never dropped the idea of ​​fresh, warm bread, I have made and ultimately tried this in search of a bread mix. Without Breakmakers I set to the "manual" preparation. The first attempt was made by kneading by hand, which was a fiasco! For the second experiment, my old mixer was unpacked with dough hook and lo and behold, armed with a mixer and a dough scraper succeeded prepare me perfect bread, without even making me a finger dirty!

The actual preparation takes about 10 minutes. Then there are the rest periods (2x) and the cooking time (50 minutes). After baking, the bread should rest at least 1 / 2-1 hour, so that the internal structure can consolidate. All in all you should expect from start to cutting the bread with about 3 hours.

It is worthwhile, however, to take the trouble. It contains a very tasty, flavoursome bread with a crispy crust. TIP: bread is eaten immediately, frozen immediately after cooling down. After thawing, it tastes almost as good and is still crispy!
