I have taken on a great journey (Antarctica) my 10MP SLR. In addition, I have my new Sigma DP2 taken and made her way -for Ausprobieren- around 150 photos. The result was: the recordings of small Sigma are sharper and more brilliant than the heavier SLR! But must be added to: the sigma-shots taken with 50 ASA, the ASA 100 (50 ASA are not available with this camera) of the SLR. Maybe I will in the future (and that should this test prove) only take the easy Sigma as a travel camera with me. One must then indeed on a Zoom refrain, but the given focal length is an acceptable compromise. The quality of the recordings speak definitely for "the little one".
