If the first volume does not mavait totally convinced, and had received several opinions from disappointed fans lauteure, I discovered for myself, this second volume significantly raises the level of the series, even though the conclusion of my adventure seemed a little twisted?

We find our heroine Becca King after our previous adventure. I washed enjoyed in the first volume but my more rain in this second volume. But this second volume also highlights another character, discovered and hated in the first volume: Jenn. In the first volume, she decided to hate Becca and she still hates so much in this second book. I still enjoyed exploring this damsel to whom I quickly attached anyway. It is less than courageous Becca, but has a rather complex family history too, which makes it human.
In terms of secondary characters, Seth is still present, mavait character who really liked in the first volume and is still as endearing in the second. Instead of another, Derric (hidden name because spoiler Volume 1), which annoyed me a lot!

As in the first volume, lauteure gives voice to different characters of his book: Becca and Jenn mainly, but also the secondary character that annoyed me. Follow the first two heroines makes history thrilling and captivating.
Overall, my second book much more confident than the first. Jai was quickly immersed in history, and in spite of myself, I was immediately driven. Perhaps because history does not essentially revolves around Becca. Probably also because this volume does not suffer from having to set the scene.
