On 25 July 2014, I have acquired through a sales system well known on the Internet, the diagnostic interface tool Peugeot Citroen, which also bears the name or PP2000 Lexia or DIAG-Box - Version which was to be delivered was 7.02.
The delivery time is long enough, it's about five weeks later I received my product.
The product received corresponded regarding its components, to what was shown in the description picture, and also to what is shown in the photographs on the pages of four different current offerings on Amazon.com.
Note that no French language usage instructions were delivered in this package.
Naturally, most after receipt of the product and control the presence of hardware, software was installed - two single-layer DVD (which I have used one) were delivered with the package.
And there were all the problems:
the first problem has been the detection of viruses by AVG and ClamWin (at least in "PSA Interface Checker Install.exe" win32 / hour); the second was unacceptable: the installation of the 7.02 version of the software that had to be diagbox later updated to version 7.04 was totally impossible.
Neither Windows 2000 or Windows XP, or Windows Seven (to take these operating systems in order of seniority), and on two different computers, it was possible for me to install this software. In the best case, I came to the interface of the DIAG program I was able to enter the "customer code" well known (on the internet), but I was never able to launch the installation program PP 2000 Lexia and their data ("Error installing Lexia. You must re-start the installation for you.").
Later, that is to say, after about ten installation tests, I have not even been able to reach this stage: in fact, the installation data from the installer did not even DIAG not be carried to an end, the transfer of data on the hard drive being regularly interrupted by two-thirds, and then followed by the appearance of various error messages alluding: a corruption of the installer, but also to poor quality of data downloaded and burned to DVD, or even a bad download or a bad quality of DVD themselves ("The installer diagbox you have and corrupted or incomplete. This can come from a failed drive or a problem during downloading. Please try another version. "). I was then a final total of about twenty installation tests. ") I have drawn the conclusion that was suggested to me that the disk was truly defective, and that apparently disintegrated in use, including repeated use.

All my attempts to get help from the seller were unsuccessful; The same with my requests it to deliver me a new version of the DVD in question were rejected by delaying tactics. I am asked again and again for screen shots or videos of my installations, by mail to remaining repetitive, but no help ... Right now, I have not been able to diagbox install the software still less to verify the proper functioning of the various materials that have been delivered to me! ...

So I naturally recommend the purchase of these products from such vendors very, yes too "exotic" ...
