I am very pleased with this record (I had the chance to buy before its price rises).
I have an old PC with USB 2.0, and I saw my transfer speeds increase to 25 ~ 30MB / sec write, it's great for transferring large files!
I use it on a Smart TV, very convenient to read its media files.
Would recommend no problem.
