I expected much more interesting and the full content on the subject. The only pages that interest me are those between p.177 and p.214. There certainly trades suggestions, which can give career change ideas. The rest is just a rehash, findings on problems at work, all the information we know, we are in the description of the problem in 80% of the book, that's a lot ... The vocabulary is pompous, often abstract and vague turns of phrase not always easy to understand. I wish I had much more of practical solutions, rather than the endless indications "official discourse": We know that EMDR, meditation, yoga, sports, hypnosis, that's fine, but it has limitations (for me works only sport). For solutions at work by HPI is expected more information, suggestions, ideas. They go hungry: /
