Big disappointment, loss of money and time ...

Delivery very very long, color (black) in the picture is rather gray mouse when the received model is deep black, for I take size XL or XXL always, but this model chosen seems to be rather the XL XXXL ...
I asked for a refund but I have to return the item at my expense (8.50) but my refund (not yet made) will be only 16.95: hair loss: 11.40

I am obviously very disappointed because it's not a mistake on my part, I relied on the photo and description of the item that are totally erroneous.
