Certainly, this book is devoted to rousquilles and there is some nice pictures (from the production line or factory ...). But there is much information internet..aucun "secret", and as for the (single) recipe provided end of the book, it is also found on the internet ... (and this is far from the best ..) - in short, I expected more details on manufacturing (ingredients, why variantes..et pas..quelques culinary stuff on it ... whose Biscuit (true) recipe is jealously guarded .. ..
