BMW adapter and Cartrend 80234

Since this adapter was offered with the diagnostic equipment Cartrend 80234, I've assumed that is funtionieren it. Regrettably, I was ordered to find that this was a fallacy of my side. The connection of pin 1 OBD2 to BMW diagnostic connector pin 16 is missing, making diagnosis by Cartrend 80234 is not possible. Because there is this adapter with this compound, it would be nice if the art would also provide an indication to order which variant is to be bought. By Elm327 and the appropriate software it works.
