For each ingredient, the author explains the best combinations and the time of year during which the food in question is found on the shelves of supermarkets. You will not find very innovative recipes in this book, but really simple recipes that keep the authenticity of each ingredient. For those looking to innovate, to discover new flavors, new ingredients and original mixes, I recommend instead the cookbook Valerie Cupillard "Gluten naturally", which presents the products we have little experience in consume. The well-being is the kitchen, as the title indicates, a healthy and simple cuisine that will suit all those who love the true and authentic flavors of each food.
