I have not finished reading it because it takes time and concentration, but every page I learn. This is exactly what I wanted to better understand what hypnosis. Well written, accessible to all, this book by Jean-Emmanuel Combe can allow a beginner like me to go into hypnosis respecting its simple but effective methods. After that, the implementation is not obvious, unless surrounded by lots of volunteers ... But that is for us to manage.
