JVC Produced (e) the best portable BoomBlaster:
1st place: JVC RV DP100 or DP200 (an absolute masterpiece by JVC)
2nd place: JVC RV NB10 or NB20
3rd Place: JVC RV NB50
4th place: JVC RV NB70
The 1st place makes the BoomBlaster JVC RV DP100 of about 2001:
-Very Well finished

-The Bass chamber is 100% leak-proof, is no air pressure in the Breitbandtöner!

Conclusion: (.! At max volume is still relatively free of distortion) Better boards / building, bigger amplifiers and capacitors, thicker transformer coils thereby dry bass and clear treble up volume 50 for more power, more connectivity options (except for the USB & iPhone Schacht) Higher quality materials, stable built, not as long as other JVC models for slightly wider. With the RV DP100 JVC is "portable CD player" managed a masterpiece in the field. Well the most powerful, technically and highest quality BoomBlaster ever seen the JVC! With a Cowon J3 MP3 player, you do not need USB or iPhone shaft.
And now for the JVC RV NB70 test ...
"POSITIVE" compared with the old JVC RV boom blasters:
+ IPhone shaft instead cassette (who's needs, we have AUX and MP3 players)
+ A little easier, not as wide, clunky and heavy as the RV-DP100 or RV-NB10 (as I like to do without it when performance and quality is missing)
NEGATIVE JVC RV NB70
-NB50 To 70 more plastic was installed as a metal
-NB50 To 70 Basslautsprecher plastic cap
-NB50 To 70 CD player gear cover plastic
-NB50 To 70 strap and buckles made of plastic (please metal when the device should radiate quality:) - as the DP100)
-The Genial good bass reflex system's not and damping flow from NB50 is also no longer installed
-2x Subwoofer only 13cm small and only with plastic cap
-from NB50 sound the built-Wide belts significantly worse, especially in the high frequency range, only half as good
CD Player gear cover plastic, plastic iPhone shake bay - certainly holds less than 10 years
-No Quality, the bass pressure comes in the midrange chamber and pushes the medium LS - not good!
-When nem price of just 300, the RV-NB70 NOT optimize separate equalizer for sound, only 4 non adjustable (DP100 has something)
-Maximum Volume impossible distorted totally sounds horrible and makes sure the LS permanently broken, see above.
-When can hear MP3 stick you just go with the FB between the albums, not on the device itself (incredible for the price)
-The Sound choice + flat abgespieltes Album / Track is reset when one makes device & again
-Up 30 is the volume, to 18 everything will come in clearly, from 20/23 and 25 comes the sound always distorted -
(Because the RV-DP100 and RV-NB10 is twice better (JVC, then you had really quality, hochweriger & More powerful built).
-Music Play with the iPhone I was too quiet even at 30 and iPhone to max. . Volume, stick / MP3 CD comes louder and even better (but as I said distorted from 20 or 25 depending on the recording quality - Massive Attack For example, the RV-NB 70 coped not on Max.).
Conclusion: From the part NB50 JVC has everything Produced only cheaper: boards / building, size of the amplifier, capacitors, transformers, coils. Therefore, the bass sound on max. Volume always distorted flapprig and roars - is not nearly ran to the tight bass reproduction of the DP100.
If you like this iPhone trend, can live with not as good bass and sound and no outdoor party with 20 people planning - is in good hands with the new models ;-). All other freaks, I recommend a used DP100 with Cowon J3 etc. to operate, which makes the end more fun. The models for the DP100, NB10, NB20 not deserve the name BoomBlaster! Shame on you JVC, I say this one thing, rip off.
And one more thing to you people:
If you know the RV-DP100 or RV-NB10 / has, you are at the RV-NB 70 no 5 star from :)! Sorry guys, but then you really have no idea how good sound must sound. No wonder, in the era of micro systems or mobile music. In principle, this iPhone frills and the USB port was the NB70 ONLY integrated - otherwise been gesparrt everywhere and sanctioned, one must at this day;). I'm a DJ and I will establish the RV-NB70 certainly can not work for a big outdoor party, the NB70 example, is suitable for my mother, who likes to chill out listening to music on their terrace, more is not enough, unfortunately!
