I tried about 6 or 7 of the mixtures so far. This works well in baking our bread maker. However, the breads are tasty little boring. Not bad, but nothing special. But now and then it fits already - every day but it would be too boring. Personally I prefer the Aurora baking mixes (favorite flavor: potato crust) that have a more interesting flavor.
