We bought the adapter for our flight. Two Pieces. Worked in the Airbus A320 and A330 perfectly without loose connection or skip. (We even have Bose AE2 and even Monster Beats headphones here before)
The price is quite high - I think. On the homepage of Bose can order them favorably - but came to shipping.
