Now I have purchased 3 x the straighteners. The main reason for the purchase was the use abroad (110V / 220V), the many competing products by other manufacturers have not.

1. Purchase: defective within 8 months. Heating dead
2. Purchase: 14 months only one plate heated from.
3. Purchase: 3 Months: nuisance no longer turn on. Without Function.

Crap out of China. More I can not say.

At least the Exchange with Amazon has always worked.
