The bag looks very nice, the support is wide and can be super wear over the shoulder without pressing. The length of the beam is optimal (not adjustable). Actually, I'd give the product 5 stars if it were not for the zippers. The zipper on the small inner pocket is equal to broke on first use. A week later I then the zipper has dropped from large zipper. It was the same in the second case that I have given away. There's definitely catching up to do when it comes to quality. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the bag, wear them almost daily.
