The colors are bright beautiful. Our then 1 1/2 year old daughter has however first rather himself painted it. The colors are nice and thick liquid, which then results in a large graffiti. Therefore, we first again resorted to watercolors. After so approx.1 / 2 year, we brought out the colors opened again and our daughter with joy painted their hands and pressed onto paper. Durability was great with us, once stirred and there you go, even though they were open so long. However, the brush is really not that great and much too small for the "hands". A minimal downside is the blue color - goes from hands and out of clothes only the second time washing out. Today, our three year old daughter paints a lot with (water-soluble) acrylics - and here it is the blue color, which requires a special treatment as well as in the Kinderschminkfarben- "somehow it is always the blue".
We can only recommend the Fraben because of the fun factor is clearly given and the mischief is removing itself from the carpet quickly - although we always is a wax tablecloth under her painting table.
