The tubes of the lamp are made of white plastic and make a stable, but not particularly high-quality impression. The feel of the material corresponds to the current price (about 30 EUR). The foot of glass is sufficiently hard to give the lamp a secure stand, even though they logically easier tilts toward the jutting luminous element. I was surprised to find on the power supply in addition to the CE mark, a GS character, not always of course. It takes a maximum of 5 watts in operation on, when switched light actually 0 watts (no secret power guzzlers).
After the first start I was surprised by the brightness of the lamp. Especially for the desk, where it may be a bit brighter when working like, the maximum light emission was strong enough to illuminate the work area well. The beam angle is nearly 160 degrees, so that the desk in the full width could be well illuminated.
Something ugly I felt, however, that in the ON state by the LEDs appeared through the rear plastic, ie the rear housing of LEDs also shone weakly.
The shade of the lamp is warm and therefore has very pleasant and friendly. The lamp can be dimmed also continuously via the on-off switch, if it may be sometimes less brightness.
Unfortunately, after turning off the lamp forgets zuletzte set luminosity. So if you permanently does not require the maximum brightness, is here again and again have to nachdimmen.
In terms of adjustability the lamp scores in that the part is mounted multiple rotatable with the LED unit. So can rotate 360 degrees and bend down to the vertical position of the bulb holder. So the lamp is well adapted to the environment and the illuminated area can be changed easily.

Conclusion:
Good desk lamp whose reduced price for performance is quite ok. You are quite bright light with warm tone off without too much to consume, and can pan / tilt is very good, so that they can be adapted to almost any environment. The construction works stable, it is pretty safe and there's only criticism of the translucent LEDs, which further tarnishes the otherwise smooth material appearance. The fact that the light the last set light intensity does not notice is not uncommon and would therefore be more of a "nice to have been". Remains desk lamp that you despite minor shortcomings should certainly be considered in the purchase choice.
