At first I thought that would be a repair returns, but far from it - my call to DOLCE GUSTO brought clarity .. this was a new marketing strategy and all new devices are delivered with bright red cord in order to be close to Nescafe be shown. The lady from the customer service told me that I would not, however, the first person complained.
Perhaps it would reconsider the new strategy if enough people would complain.
My wife is with me, not at all impressed by the machine, because the red cable neither matches the machine, even the kitchen.

The delivery via Amazon worked as always exemplary. I should point out that this lack has nothing to do with the cable with Amazon, but relates to the new strategy of Dolce Gusto.
