This 5-pack replaced in my 5 halogen spots, which are operated on a transformer. At least they should. The minimum power at the transformer is, however, 30 watts and so I had to combine four of these LEDs with a 20-watt halogen spot. When I had all 5 LEDs in it, all the spots flickered very strong. Operation impossible. With the 4-and-1 solution, it works perfectly, clearly, are yes, then 4x4 + 20 = 36 watts. The minimum wattage of the transformer is thus exceeded. The light from the LEDs is very bright, more like 35 watts and warm white as described. I am very pleased!
