Very disappointed with this unit, though Sennheiser brand is renowned. Alas, bought in September, Article broke down in January. And what a pain !!! Amazon does not have support for this brand, I had initially emailed Sennheiser France, which never answered me. After reconnecting with Amazon, they sent me the Sennheiser standard number that I redirected to the service which manages the special (they deal only with resellers), who informed me that I had Return the item to after-sales service. Total: it cost me a mere $ 7.90 to send the device, not knowing if it will be repaired, if I would be refunded ..... I regret that Amazon is us no help for the purchase of certain brands of products.
