But good software copy protection system very heavy

This is the second version of this software that I buy and I am generally happy.
Most:
- Classifies documents, photos etc ... by folders, subfolders, dates, ... in a very flexible and modifiable permanently,
- Present scanned documents as thumbnails that allow to have a quick overview as soon as one shows the classification directory,
- Improves enough finementles scanned documents by directly after scann
Cons:
- The most striking point is a very restrictive copy protection system and especially not up pretensions displayed by the editor. Indeed, after installation and registration of the serial number must activate the software online: until then no problem. By cons, if you change computers like me due to power failure or even because of a planned purchase of a new trouble begins. Indeed, the publisher's server stores a number of activations (not specified elsewhere) then you appear, if another attempt, that the limit and must contact the sales department, .... while preventing you to use the software, as it no longer opens.
Even taking the precaution of first uninstall the software from the old computer, connected to the time on the internet (==> which according to the publisher's services should not run counter to facilities but the decrease) to put it back on new problems persist.
I had the bad idea to want to use it at the start of the newly installed software from WE, and obviously it was not until Monday, business day, call several times to get someone in the sales department, explain, have to send a picture the original CD (obviously I had already given a valid serial number) attach a screenshot (if, if, as if everyone is able to do) the activation message that appeared on the the screen of the computer, wait a day waiting for the mail reply, to use that product. Phew !!!
- The recording and classification can be improved by describing the scanned document by Taggs form of words in the window properties. I have not found the search system based on this method to be truly effective ...

That, in my opinion two words: clearly the heart of the customers of Nuance company is the corporate world, and concern, laudable way, is to focus on control steps and means to avoid piracy. Where it gets more criticism is that the heaviness of the device and its perfectibility prevented that one can use these products, which have been purchased legally, so not too restrictive.
