Another mystery, there is a battery compartment, but I am told the customer service that we should not put batteries, as the battery symbol is crossed. So I imagine that in case of power failure, the messages are not saved. Another defect of this phone: the LED flashes as soon as we received a call, we therefore can not tell the difference between a simple call and received a message on the answering machine. (....) Meanwhile, I tested the new camera sent back by the customer service.
