The reviews on the product are so far largely positive and the few very negative reviews due to poor quality, I have dismissed as Monday products.
After unpacking the kneepads occurred to me that the material is much softer than in my old knee pads, which I first felt as an improvement since they rest more enjoyable the leg. Here was the first use of knee pads on the same evening that this is the main drawback. 1. provide the kneepads less protection when I was the most usual, that is, the impact on the hall floor is considerably more noticeable and uncomfortable even with a not too intense playing style to some extent. 2. showed the kneepads after a volleyball game (90 minutes incl. Warm, enveloping etc.) clear signs of use. I can not imagine that these kneepads will survive more than 20-30 inserts me. In half a year, so I'll look around, if necessary for a new model. Presumably, this time from another manufacturer.
I would not say that this is the explanation for the perceived me significant decline in quality, but in my old knee pads it was still "Made in Canada", it did not particularly surprise me to read that the new "Made in China" are , Too bad when confirmed prejudices so clear.
