I now use since nearly 3 years a philiphs Sonicare and I have plenty of experience with the re-ordered print heads, both with the original heads of philiphs as well as with those of other manufacturers. Unfortunately, the item ordered does not match the quality you can expect from philiphs / is used. The brush heads are after a very short time, about 2 weeks ago - Use 3 times a day, 2 minutes each - already so soft and abgefranzt that they barely have cleaning performance. The first head I had after 4 weeks already Weider change, because the teeth were just not thoroughly cleaned, the Bosten were from and were too soft. I change the heads usually every 2 months - although philiphs indicates even 3 months as an interval, monthly and can but I do not have to change the head in this price. The previous heads corresponded also the promised quality, this product is delivered but unfortunately absolutely useless, I had to put on the 2nd head and this has now become very slack and he must be replaced soon. The blue bristles are almost white again.
I slammed into the "Week of the toothbrush", as was offered somewhat reduced the articles, I can well imagine that any B goods were sent. Possibly it was also just a poorly produced series, so far I never had quality problems with the heads.
Therefore, this time only one star.
