Hello There!
Have 3 Osram transformers in use, it is a failed after a short time, rest has followed obediently.
Namely 12V terminal, the transformer itself, is burned through, but the finest.
Therefore not recommended fire hazard.
Cable length was far below 2m and consumer power 105W (3x35W) installed everything from electricians!
Because manufacturers need to make improvements.
