By far the worst-bay, I've ever had!

I ordered two of these shelves to extend my "Shelves". Already the assembly of 4 columns is difficult by hand, because the edges of the metal are pointed. So I had initially gained me some wounds on his hand. It is therefore highly recommended that Regal build with gloves. As rack 1 then stand I noticed that it is not level stable. Since the IKEA shelf is almost stable from my garage, and the only cost seven euros.
When opening the second package I realized that it actually lacked TEN rods. So the shelf landed right back in the box. Furthermore, both shelves were packed, as if they were already opened several times.
Then I removed the first shelf again and again packed in the carton to both racks return again.
When I then "My Orders" clicked return on product in, I could not print return slip to complete a free for me returning. When I drove to my Hermes shop, I had to learn that resending of both shelves would cost about 20. Of course this is absolutely ridiculous.
I have now contacted the seller and hope he sends me a return slip, so that the shelf can be returned at least free of charge.
All in all, I would not buy at any price more this shelf.
