I received this product, after having used two cables (AmazonBasics - male-male mini USB 2.0 cable 1.8m) on the 1st day of DD 2.5 inch external it worked very well. The following days can not operate the same external hard drives (2.5pouces). The disks are supplied but not recognized by the system (W7) and you can even hear a repetitive slamming the disk.
