Lighter defective charging cable defective, faulty device itself

I have had many different car chargers for my cell phones and was actually very pleased with my recent two USB ports but me the triple version has irritated and ordered it.
At first glance, not bad. Infected wonderful works - yet !!
Then I keep finding that my phones were infected but they were not loaded.
-> The charger itself slips out apparently always a little bit, so he does not have proper contact with the socket more and thus no longer able to load. He is too loose it.
And three days before the charger has completely given up the ghost and apparently NEN "short" produces and has also yet ruined the iphone charger cable and cigarette lighter !!!!!!!
Now this is an expensive affair. Sockets new car, new Iphone charger cable (it was an original) costs also neat. The charger goes back immediately!

I can only warn before !!!

Addendum:

I stood by sending back in touch with the company and there is absolutely nuchts objectionable. Very friendly customer service and very hard. It was refunded my Iphone cable which has gone through the adapter broken.
