Still delivered faulty device

Luckily we had been made aware by the many reviews on the problem with the Talk button. We have now, in July 2014 still get delivered a faulty device. The serial number began with MP01 ..., there was no green sticker next to it. We have done the first thing the test and there was just the effect of which has been described many times before - the line went dead without any advice from. Just imagine if this were happening while the unit is in use.
