Cable scrap dealer top

I bought this cable because of the many good reviews in "HandyNow". When it arrived here I've tested it and I always had so green dots or stripes in the image that flickered a little. This was at a FullHD resolution at 60Hz, so a relatively high load.

I wrote to the store and immediately got a new cable (great service!). Unfortunately, this is not working. The same problem. As soon as I turn down the resolution does the cable properly. The cable has a certification 1.3b, so it should be even more able than what I had in mind. This can not, therefore, there is only 1 star, it's not working.
I also have multiple sources and receivers tried the cable but it just does not.

Conclusion: For resolutions of 1900x1080 at 60Hz, the cable is not suitable for all including works great.

I eventually get my money back, I can only say, the store is really good, the cable but unfortunately not.
