Man, I have long since sought the mistake! The cable seems so far okay, but do not load it. All consumers prefer the slightly more power, charge the battery pack, external hard drive supply etc. do not work! This is due to the miserable quality of the plug, the cable and the processing. The resistance of the supply line (+ 5V) is just too high. Measured it with a Milliohmmeter arise for Vcc and ground line respectively 1.79 Ohms - which is far auserhalb of what is permitted! From 100mA most devices already shut off because the voltage drops below 4.5V. So rather stay away - unless you need a pure data cable. And even then I advise that the necessary shield of the cable is not placed on the USB plug. Who produces such a waste? In delivery even "HCT cable" is, is because not all clear :-)
