Positives: The camera will move well around the subject or only in a straight line, you can adjust yes, very smooth rolling wheels.
Mini tripod holds very securely to the camera car.
When the camera is connected only to the car, without tripod, there is no danger of tipping.
The articulated stand can be rotated in all directions.
Negatives: Until the tripod with the camera is connected (by the way the same connection as for a 3-legged camera tripod) pass annoying minutes and it is somewhat tricky.
For a DSLR camera (in my case, a Nikon D5100 plus lens) is the car too easy, that the camera must be if it is on a tripod ever arrested for tipping over the car with the camera. So images remotely trigger (without touching the camera) I would not recommend.
The car service as a good support when shooting while lying down or on the table.
