In my HP Photosmart C4340 - is listed by Alaskaprint as compatible printer - is the color cartridge with the status "print cartridge is empty or does not exist" will be displayed. Research results to the Internet, that there is no real solution for this common problem - except buying genuine HP products. This does not indicate the Refiller Alaskaprint before buying on the general problem that such cartridges are often not recognized, I find dubious business practice. Never again this refill cartridges!
