Have until now only the black cartridge used and was not recognized! Since the cartridges had been more than three weeks, a return was no longer considered. The chips of the original and the Bubprint cartridge looked different, so I replaced it, both chips removed and the original chip plugged into the Bubprint cartridge, and lo and behold, the cartridge was detected and displayed in full. Since this was a last resort, I would have otherwise thrown away because there was no longer return policy, I would not say that that always works. Since they now prints and in the same quality as the original, I give three stars.
